Cross Country  Week paragliding holiday XC4

This week, will be a differnt itinery from our other weeks, giving pilots who have flown the classic Laragne XC routes a chance to cut some different lines and introdce some new challanges. This flying holiday will appeal to pilots with a minimum of 50 hours and some thermalling experience.  With more than 300 flyable days per year, the area is known to be one of the best in Europe for paragliding in stunningly picturesque scenery.  Leading this Axis Club trip will be Chris White and Steve Millson who both have a wealth of Alpine xc experience. There are many new routes to explore  take and typical distances flown each day range from 30-100k.

 Bed & breakfast accommodation is provided by Allez-Up at ‘La Grange’, a rebuilt barn boasting 5 twin en-suite rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounges, terrace and a pool.  Our wonderful hosts Rachael and David can also provide packed lunches and an evening meal if required . There will be a chef available in the chalet for 3 nights to cover late returns from flying and will cater for all diets (€20 per meal) The holiday accommodation  all transport, Airport pickups and deptartures on arrival / depart days. retrieves. use of tracking devices and a daily weather and XC briefing.
